Samick Royale RL4 semi-hollowbody guitar
The sides and the center block are made from one single piece of wood, rather than two sides and the center block which you often find in semi-hollowbody guitars. This in turn creates a very rigid body on which to mount the neck. The result is that you achieve really great sustain, much like what you get from a solid body guitar – however with this Royale RL4 you don’t lose the rich, fullness of tone.
The step up from the RL3 gets you gold Grover tuners, gold covers on the Duncan designed pickups, AND gold tailpiece with gold adjustable bridge. There is so much gold on the Royale RL4 that you need a bodyguard when you gig with it!
This sexy, beautiful, hot guitar – which should be named after your lover – is a kind of fusion guitar. String it with flats for more of a jazz sound, or something a bit brighter for ripping out soulful blues.
